However, Scouting can be commenced at the age of 10 years 02 months provided that the Scout completes the requirements of the Pre-Membership Activity Programme. Gold Star winners can be invested after 01 month of he/she joining the Junior Scout Troop when they complete the specified requirement of the syllabus.
